Clima Laboral en la Satisfacción del personal en el GAD del Cantón Palestina
Resumen
The working climate in companies refers to the environment where members of the organization work, a good working climate is composed of the analysis of several factors such as performance or job satisfaction that are involved in one way or another in the relationship with the client and the quality of the service. The main objective of this research is to define whether there is a relationship or impact of the working climate on the job satisfaction of the public servants of the Municipal GAD of the canton Palestine where the research is carried out, for this an evaluation of the main elements that participate according to the variables, among them is motivation, remuneration, job recognition, social benefits, companionship, social support, among others. Exploratory, descriptive and correlative research was applied for the methodology, also mentioning that the inductive and deductive method was used. Because research has a focus on internal business activities, the population determined was the total number of public servants working in the Municipal GAD of the Palestinian canton to which the survey defined as a data collection technique was applied. In response to the results obtained from the survey, it could be determined that although there is a good relationship between co-workers there are a number of factors by which there is occupational dissatisfaction, the main ones mentioned the recognition of the work carried out and the inadequate distribution of tasks according to the position they perform, under this criterion a significant impact of the working climate on the satisfaction of public servants was detected.
