PUBLICATION RULES

The journal only accepts unpublished papers that are not linked to other serial publications, that is, that are unpublished. The language of publication is Spanish, articles in English and Portuguese are accepted if an author comes from a country of these languages or if they have been translated by a professional translator.

The types of contributions that are accepted are scientific articles, the result of social research; specialized essays with a reflective and critical approach; reviews and literature reviews.

Contributions may be written in Microsoft Office Word (“.doc†or “.docxâ€), using Verdana font, 10 point, single spaced. The sheet must have the dimensions 21.59 cm x 27.94 cm (letter format). The upper and lower margins are 2.5 cm and 2 cm is left for the right and left.

Those authors who have publications with this journal, accept the following terms:

  1. At the moment a work is accepted for publication, it is understood that the author assigns to the “Mapa Magazine†the reproduction rights, distribution of his article for its exploitation in all the countries of the world in paper magazine format, as well as any other magnetic, optical and digital support.
  2.  Authors will retain their copyright and guarantee the journal the right of first publication of their work, which will be simultaneously subject to the Creative Commons Reconocimiento 4.0 Internacional License that allows third parties to share the work as long as its author is indicated and its first publication this magazine.
  3. Authors may adopt other non-exclusive license agreements for the distribution of the version of the published work (eg: deposit it in an institutional telematic archive or publish it in a monographic volume) provided that the initial publication in this journal is indicated.
  4. Authors are allowed and recommended to disseminate their work through the Internet (for example: in institutional telematic archives, repositories, libraries, or on their website), which can produce interesting exchanges and increase the citations of the published wo
